UPCYCLING AT THE NEW ARCHITECTURE SCHOOL IN AARHUS

WE HAVE BECOME PART OF NEW AARCH!

The Danish Building and Property Agency wants to increase the knowledge base and the experience with reuse and upcycling in the construction industry in practice. Thus the Danish Building and Property Agency has allocated funds to develop and include upcycle building materials in the new architecture school in Aarhus through a collaboration with Lendager Group!

The CEO and founder of Lendager Group, Anders Lendager, says about the project:

“We are in Lendager Group immensely happy that the Danish Building and Property Agency gives us the opportunity to share our experience. The agency is a major actor in the Danish built environment, og therefore it is so fantastic that they as public developer prioritizes innovation and sustainability. Numerous in the construction industry have pointed out that especially the public developers must lead by example, and this is what we will do together at the architecture school in Aarhus, which now takes a big step towards a more competitive and sustainable construction”.

The new architecture school in Aarhus is developed in a interdisciplinary collaboration with our friends Vargo Nielsen Palle, ADEPT, Rolvung & Brøndsted Arkitekter, Tri-Consult and Steensen Varming.
